I genuinely cannot fault anything with the overall quality, attention to detail and reliability of LYB in every single aspect of this bathroom fitting.
Half the time I barely noticed they were around and I was kept informed every single day as to progress, timescales and snags...and consulted at every stage, in person or by phone. The quality of the work was matched by the attention to detail from the showroom....we went through lots of iterations in the design stage and received the same level of courteous advice throughout the process.
